This Privacy Policy describes how I collect, use, and protect your information when you use heyhaigh.ai and its features, including RyBot, the AI voice agent.
Voice Conversations: When you interact with RyBot, your voice is processed in real-time by Hume AI to enable conversation. RyBot responds using a synthetic voice clone trained on Ryan Haigh's voice—it is AI-generated audio, not Ryan speaking live. Your audio is processed in real-time and is not stored after the session ends. Conversation transcripts may be temporarily stored to improve conversation quality within your session.
Analytics Data: I use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. This includes anonymized data about page views, session duration, and general geographic location.
Health Data (Opt-in): If you sync health metrics (steps, heart rate) via the iOS Shortcut, this data is stored to display on the dashboard. This feature is entirely optional.
Memory Data: RyBot may remember facts you share during conversations to provide personalized responses. You can request deletion of this data at any time.
