By accessing and using heyhaigh.ai ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Site.

The Site is a personal portfolio and experimental platform created by Ryan Haigh. It features:

• RyBot: An AI voice agent that uses a synthetic voice clone trained on Ryan Haigh's voice. RyBot is powered by Hume AI and Anthropic's Claude.
• Gift Guide: Product recommendations and shopping features powered by third-party APIs.
• Articles: Technical writing about AI, voice technology, and product development.

AI Disclosure

RyBot is artificial intelligence, not a real person. The voice you hear is a synthetic clone—it is not Ryan Haigh speaking in real-time. RyBot is programmed to clearly identify itself as AI when asked directly. Any statements, opinions, recommendations, or advice from RyBot are AI-generated and do not represent the actual views, endorsements, or professional advice of Ryan Haigh.

No Professional Relationship

Use of this Site does not create any professional, advisory, fiduciary, or client relationship between you and Ryan Haigh. The Site is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. Nothing on this Site constitutes professional advice of any kind.

Use of RyBot

When using RyBot, you acknowledge and agree that:

• RyBot is AI and may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate responses
• You will not rely on RyBot for professional, legal, medical, financial, or investment advice
• You will not attempt to use RyBot for fraud, impersonation, or identity verification
• You will not share sensitive personal information (SSN, passwords, financial details)
• You will not use RyBot to generate harmful, abusive, or illegal content
• You will not record, capture, or reproduce RyBot's voice for any purpose, including but not limited to fraud, deepfakes, identity theft, or misleading others
• You will not use RyBot's voice or responses to misrepresent Ryan Haigh or create false impressions of his endorsement

RyBot has security measures in place to prevent misuse. Attempts to circumvent these protections may result in immediate session termination and potential legal action.

Product Recommendations & Affiliate Disclosure

The Gift Guide and any product recommendations on this Site are for informational purposes only. Product information is sourced from third-party APIs and may be inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete. I do not guarantee the quality, safety, or suitability of any recommended products.

Severability
